ASIA CHARITABLE TRUST has established theJG College of Education (Guj. Med.)in the year 2003 with the aim to achieve high ideals for future teachers. Our college is the only Gujarati Medium teacher-training college in Ahmedabad running B.Ed. course, a two year Graduate teacher training Programme, affiliated to Gujarat University and recognized by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).

The performance of the teacher trainees in the college has been consistently superior in the every academic year with 100% results. The college is formed by integrated values of Mutual Respect, Integrity and Teamwork.

JG College of Education(Gujarati Medium) established in 2003, offers a two-year bachelor’s degree program affiliated with Gujarat University. Backed by one of the oldest Trust with 15 educational institutions running successfully which includes two campuses in Drive-in and Sola. Faculty members with vast and professional experience combine lectures, lessons, research, role-playing, simulations, and discussions in a special way to guarantee that students receive a well-rounded education.

The college goes beyond circular activities by fostering well-rounded development through industrial exposure and events like the Gujarat University Inter-Zonal Youth Festival and JG inter-college Talent Hunt.

From The Principal’s Desk

JG College of Education (Guj.Med.) was established in the year 2003 affiliated to S.N.D.T. University Mumbai. The Institute was inaugurated by ShriNarendraModi Chief Minister of Gujarat. In the year 2012 the Institution was affiliated to Gujarat University. A well trained teacher with positive attitude can change the way of the students to look at life and inculcate values in them. For last 20Years the institute is engaged in generating pool of such Student Teachers.

Teacher educators with positive and creative attitude guide the students to step forward on the education path. As a friend, philosopher and guide staff members develop efficient student. Efforts being put for overall development of students with the help of curricular and co-curricular activities. Visible difference is seen in the students’ attitude towards life after the completion of the course.

It is a privilege to be the Principal of JG College of Education (Guj. Med.)which is a part of the JG Group of Colleges.We are engaged in delivering the exceptional teaching in the field of Education (B.Ed.).Every faculty member is very much qualified and Ph.D. holder.

We work in pleasant environment at JG College of Education for the good of our students.Our entire staff members are very much supportive and knowledgeable.
